Contratulations to Real Club de la Puerta de Hierro (Spain) who won the 2nd European GC Club League defeating Roehampton (England) who finished as runners-up for the second time.  Carrickmines (Ireland) won the plate.

The heat stage of the 2024 GC European Club League has now concluded.

The qualifiers from the seven heats will join the hosts Club de Campo Villa de Madrid for the Grand Final October 11-13th.

Novo Sancti Petri, near Cadiz Spain, were the hosts of the first heat of the 2024 European Club League season and provided quick lawns despite some heavy rain. Last year's runners-up, Roehampton, just managed to run out winners and qualify for the Grand Final in Madrid in October. Having won their opening two matches against Algarve and Bromley they were held to a 5-5 draw by Novo Sancti Petri in the final round. However, the hosts had earlier dropped a further point, drawing with Algarve. Newcomers Bromley acquitted themselves admirably and were only a golden hoop away from securing a draw against Novo Sancti Petri. Dusan Turcer (Algarve) won all six of his singles games.
