WCF adopts worldcroquet.org as main URL

From now on, the WCF web-site should be accessed by using the URL www.worldcroquet.org.

The old URL www.worldcroquet.org.uk will continue to provide access to the website until it expires on 3 April 2017.  This URL was only created to facilitate the transfer of the new WCF website to a new ISP.
